I stand on this black platform they call a stage.My torso sits on my shaking legs. For nerviness or excitement?
My hands are holding the plastic cornstalk they call a prop.
My 7 year-old mind can't believe I am is living my dream.
My favorite musical I know by heart.
That I have watched over 30 times.

My awesome director standing near.
My awesome director saying "You guys will do great!"
Teenage girls telling me how cute I am. Giving a huge smile on my face.
Main characters giving me piggy-back rides.
Stage manger calling us up for the first performance.
